Whether you're new to spin or looking to refine your technique, this class will help you build strength, body awareness, and a more beautiful relationship with momentum. No heels needed. Open to all levels.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that this workshop is non-refundable. If you can no longer join, you may request to convert your slot into class package credits—only if the request is made at least 7 days before the start date. • If your chosen class package is ₱5,000 or above, you will be asked to settle the remaining balance. • If you choose a class package below ₱5,000, the difference will not be refunded or credited back. No-shows, late cancellations (within 7 days), and unused sessions are strictly forfeited. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policy. This helps us maintain the quality and commitment expected for a high-level workshop like this.
