Pole Spin

Service Description

Our Pole Spinning class is designed for students who want to focus specifically on mastering the art of spinning on the pole. In this class, you'll learn a variety of spinning techniques, including basic spins, intermediate spins, and advanced spin combinations. Our experienced instructors will guide you through proper body positioning, hand placement, and momentum control to achieve graceful and controlled spins. You'll also work on building strength and endurance to maintain momentum and control throughout your spins. *Open to all levels of experience, but some prior pole dance experience is recommended for optimal enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your class reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalty. However, cancelations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
