Service Description
Everything inverts? This is IT. From your very first straddle invert (boomerang) as a beginner, to nailing shoulder mounts and Ayeshas at the intermediate level, all the way to Deadlift Ayesha into Iron X for the advanced badgals, this class takes you through it ALL. We’ll grind the strength, sharpen the technique, and push your limits ‘til being upside down is second nature. If inverts are on your pole hit list, this is the class that gets it DONE.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your class reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalty. However, cancelations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
