Exotricks: Foundation - New to the game? We got you. This beginner-friendly class breaks down the go-to tricks we use in our Exo choreo classes, think spins, drops, leg waves and flares, and all the moves that make it look effortless (even when it's not). We'll also work on that strength and control so you can serve every moves like a pro. Come through and build that badass foundation.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your class reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalty. However, cancelations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
