This high-energy class is designed for pole dancers who want to enhance their skills with exciting tricks on the floor. In Pole Exo Tricks, you'll work on acrobatic elements, dynamic drops, and smooth transitions. Our expert instructors will offer regression options for beginners, ensuring everyone can participate and progress at their own pace. Join us to build strength, agility, and confidence in a supportive environment. *Prerequisite: Some experience in pole dancing is recommended.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your class reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalty. However, cancelations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
