Service Description

A structured bodyweight training class using rings, suspension straps, paralettes, and floor-based calisthenics drills to develop functional upper-body and core strength. We focus on: • Pull-up & push-up progressions • Ring stability & control • Parallette strength & balance work • Core compression & anti-rotation strength • Shoulder durability • Grip endurance This is also where you work toward advanced calisthenics skills such as: • Handstands • Front & back lever progressions • L-sits & parallette holds • Hanging leg raises • Controlled bar transitions Whether you’re chasing your first strict pull-up or building toward levers and handstand control, sessions are structured, scalable, and results-driven. Performance-based training designed to build lean muscle, body control, and athletic capacity. All levels welcome. Progressions provided.


Upcoming Sessions


Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your class reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalty. However, cancelations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
