Our Aerial Silk for Beginners class is your safe, supportive intro to silks, designed for zero experience students. You’ll learn the foundations of aerial silk: basic wraps, climbs, shapes, and transitions, while building strength, control, and confidence at your own pace. Expect clear progressions, plenty of conditioning, and options to modify as needed — no pressure, no rushing. This class is all about learning how your body moves in the air, developing body awareness, and feeling strong while doing something that looks (and feels) powerful. ✨ Beginner-friendly ✨ No experience required ✨ Strength-building + technique-focused Come curious. Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your class reservation up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalty. However, cancelations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
