Under the guidance of our expert instructors, you'll learn fundamental skills, transitions, and poses on the aerial hoop, also known as the lyra. Each class is tailored to accommodate participants of varying skill levels, ensuring that everyone receives personalized attention and progresses at their own pace. From basic mounts and poses to dynamic sequences and drops, you'll build strength, flexibility, and confidence as you explore the beauty and artistry of aerial hoop dance.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your class reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancelations made within this timeframe will not incur any penalty. However, cancelations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
